Police Service for Foreign Tourists
The Spanish National Police Service for Foreign Tourist (SATE) helps to victims of crimes or offenses in their own language.
This service attends victims in any necessary management derived from the problem (cancellation of credit cards and documents, contact with embassies and consulates, communication or location of relatives, etc.).
The agents also assist in the processing of complaints, giving the tourists information about their rights and giving the Quick Trial summons when appropriate, or the Guard Court is notified in the cases that it is necessary.
