There is a parade that starts at nine in the morning. This parade is formed by girls dressed with the typical dress carrying baskets with flowers and fruits. Behind them there are two lines of faithful and the saint, with a big roll of bread in the hand. A curious fact is that the animas get a roll as well as the people. The pot of San Marcos is part of the celebration as well and it consists in a stew of cardoon, fennel, potatoes, bacon and black pudding that is cooked in courtyards and squares.
