Monuments

The church was rebuilt in the 16^th century, and has a tower dating back to the 18^th century, crowned by a dome, Byzantine in style.

The original church was built in the mid-16^th century. In the second half of the 18^th century it was rebuilt and extended to include three naves. The tower is the most recent addition, which was repaired after the earthquake of 1884, and has been recently restored.
