This church was built in the 16th century by Diego of Siloam. It has a single nave with a main chapel covered with a decorated dome. It is one of the finest examples of Renaissance architecture in Granada. Its side entrance has two arches over which there hangs an imperial shield. On the pediment, scenes from the Annunciation are depicted.
