This 18-hole golf course (par 71) can be played at 5649 meters from the yellow tee or from 5061 meters from the red tee.
It is located in the countryside just 8 kilometres from Granada. This location was chosen because the course is adapted to the natural contours of the hill. This is why the course undulates and has a number of steep slopes.
There are fabulous views from most of the holes. Very often some of the most picturesque and characteristic spots are used as reference points during the game, such as the Torre de la Vela, Alfaguara and the Pico del Caballo.
Overall, the course is not too long, though it is technically demanding, allowing you to enjoy the game whatever your handicap. The greens are fast and the rough is usually cutted very high, causing problems if fairways are missed.
