Monuments

This chapel is dedicated to Saint Sebastián, patron saint of Alfacar. It is located on a small hill by the road that leads up to the town. It was built in 1899 and inside it is decorated with a picture of the saint. Eduardo Yáñez is buried outside the entrance to the chapel. He was the priest of the Iglesia de la Asunción in Alfacar until 1974, and his religious beliefs and historical influence make this place even more poignant.
