The Cortijo de San Ignacio and its oil mill are situated near the town of Ambroz. The picture by the Baroque artist Juan Ruiz Soriano that is housed in this building is of artistic and historical value. The Cortijo was built over 400 years and previously belonged to the Compañía de Jesús.
