In Ambroz and Purchil is celebrated the so called Jueves Lardero, which is the Thursday before the Lent. It is a day to spend in the field. It is a millennial tradition that in some areas it is remembered as the celebrations of the fiancées because there were many couples that got together this day of dance and food in the field.
