Exoticism in Europe
Granada Tropical Coast has one of the widest and most peculiar gastronomy in Andalusian cuisine. Together with any kind of seafood and fishes, the orchard provides not only vegetables but also tropical fruits. These last ones grow due to benevolent temperatures and scarce rainfall, and they are the main ingredientes for exotic and new recipes as, for example, cherimoya cake, avocado and chicken salad or hot mango sauce.
