Arab watchtower

LoadingAdd to My Granada

This tower was built in the Nasrid period, probably in the 14th century. It was used as a defensive building and a watchtower.

It is made of stone and is hollow inside, although originally it would have had two floors. Today, only the bottom half remains.

It is a circular tower in which ceramics and artefacts made of bone and clay were found.
