Remains of the Castillo de Juliana

LoadingAdd to My Granada

Located on a prominent rocky path to Cojáyar, these remains of the Castillo de Juliana underline the importance of the main form of defence of this area. The castle is named after Count Julian, Florinda’s father, whom medieval historians believe to be a traitor for his role in the Muslim invasion of Spain.
