Cautor Tower

LoadingAdd to My Granada

This tower is 23.5 metres tall. It was partially rebuilt in the 16th century, but was abandoned in the 19th century. It has a round base and a conical shape. Archaeologists believe that it could date back to as far as the Nasrid period and that the Spanish adapted it to suit their needs. Nearby lay a waterwheel and the remnants of another structure.
